Aprox how much was the hotel?DJL when calling Prague is that the exac\t # or is there another code?I am flexible on time and would like to go in warm weather as I am a FL girl. I can take a month to 6 weeks and like the idea of taking the train vienna budapest and poland? I am wondering where the best place to fly into is.? Johanna:
I was in Bratislava in August 2002...

Hotel: SRS-WORLDHOTELS
" MEYDAN HOTEL DANUBE
" RYBNE NAMESTIE 1, 81338 BRATISLAVA SLOVAKIA, 421-2-59340-000

Nightly Rate: Single Occupancy EUR 79.00

Booked it through Travelocity.com

To dial Slovakia (Bratislava), first dial 011, then the above number.

To dial Prague,
011 + 420 (Czech Rep) + 2 (city code) + phone or fax #

So, to dial Madame Zalena's mobile,

011 420 2 602 320 404

Happy travels!

Thanks Amp322: I feel safe going to Paris,London , Italy and Spain alone so I have to build my confidence to travel further. I dont like to fly that much, so when I get to Europe, I like to stay at least 6 wks so does Vienna, prague and bratislava...budapest...what about parts of poland??too much? What type of train ticket should I get? I read the postings on another forum and several people suggested that the conductors will ask for more money???has anyone here had this happen? Thanks for all input.
