It's the sun wot does it
 

I visited my nearest town today.
It has lots of tourists in the Summer but today the temperature was 15C
Mrs. J. remarked that all the tourists looked perfectly normal.
In fact, most were invisible unless you spotted a camera or heard them talking to one another.
It must be the sun that brings out the weirder toilettes ;-)

I need a translation on what "weirder toilettes" menas....

that should be "means"

Are we talking about hair styles here and perhaps you need to get
'into town' a little more frequently.
