Itinerary Question

We are taking a 10-day trip to Ireland in July. We drive from Dublin Saturday morning to
Kilkenny for 2 days.
Kinsale for 1 day
Tralee for 2 days
(Still have to decide) 1 day
Galway for 2 days
Drive back to Dublin for last day. Would you pick Ennis, Doolin or Clifden. Do you have any stops along the way you would recommend. Thanks!

Ennis and Doolin are between Tralee and Galway. Clifden isn't. So I'd go with one of those two.

Agreed. Ennis is a larger town, if that helps you at all. I would probably choose Doolin in your case, but either is fine.

Also, any particular reason for staying in Tralee? It's not a typical tourist destination. What are you hoping to see from there?

Doolin would get my vote too. Graet pubs with graet music.
A boat trip on the Jack B to the Aran Islands and the Cliffs of Moher is a must.

Thanks for the input. The couple we are traveling with have some family (through in-laws) near there. We are planning on seeing The Ring of Kerry and/or Dingle Peninsula and Kilarney National Park, while based there. Originally we planned to do the Aran Islands from Galway, but if we stay in Doolin I guess it would make more sense to go from there. Is there any difference in the ferries from either area. Can we do both the Cliffs and the Aran Islands in the same day? After reading many posts here and on other sites I feel that no matter what you do it will be a trip to remember. We just want to make sure we get to see all the wonderful sites without running ourselves ragged. So any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks, again
