Itinerary help with a 7 days self-drive Iceland trip.
Hello All Fodor's lovers
We need some help with our itinerary for a self-drive tour.
We are a family of four - 3 adults and 1 child of 12 years. We will arrive at Keflavik airport on Monday morning and return on the following Monday morning. Will pick up the car at the airport. Due to covid restrictions, we need to self-quarantine in a hotel in Reykjavik for 24 hours. So, from Tuesday, we will be free to drive. We need to come back to Reykjavik by Saturday as need a Covid test before we can board.
So, from Tuesday to Saturday - we have 5 full days to travel.
Please help us with the itinerary and any hotel recommendations. We prefer comfortable accommodation.
