We are going on November and plan to fly and/or rent a car.
Day 1: Home country to Istanbul

Day 2: Arrival Istanbul, 1:25 pm

Day 3: Istanbul tour

Day 4: Istanbul to Denizli (Pamukkale), flight

Day 5: Pamukkale

Day 6: Day trip to Ephesus

Day 7: Fly to Capadoccia

Day 8: Capadoccia

Day 9: Capadoccia

Day 10: capadoccia to istanbul flight

Day11: istanbul to home country

Day12: Arrive home

Too busy? Too many flights? Any other ideas?

we recenlly got back from 3 weeks in turkey. spent 6 days in istanbul with a private guide and still felt like we just touched the surface. 3 nights cappadocia is good.

Shorten your travel time on Day 6 by visiting by visiting Aphrodisias instead of Ephesus:
