ITINERARY HELP - 3 weeks

It's my first time to go to Europe! Target travel dates, June 1-21! Hope you guys can help me with my itinerary! I really wanna go to Prague, Paris and Italy! But need to be in Germany from June 9-12 for an appointment.

Would like to ask:
1. If countries mentioned above are feasible to visit given the time?
2. How do I travel across these countries? Was hoping to travel by rail. Are there connecting trips for all countries?

Thank you!!

A little more info helps--what city on Italy?
What city in Germany?
If you have just these 4 city bases, it could be doable, but not if you hoped to wander all over the country of Italy!

Go to Paris for 5 days, fly to Prague for 3; depending on where you are going in Germany, the train might work. After Germany, it depends on where you are going in Italy whether to fly or take a train. Spend 8 days in Italy. Do you already have tickets to and from Europe - if so, that might change the order of stops. If you don't have airline tickets yet, fly into Paris and out of your last stop in Italy. Help us with a little more information.

mamacalice, thanks so much for your reply! No tickets yet so order of countries is pretty flexible.

Noted on the plane flight from Paris to Prague. Would love to visit Rome, Pisa and Venice in Italy. Are there connecting trains from Frankfurt to any of those cities?

Are you by yourself or with family?

If you book your train tickets in and out of Germany ahead of time they can be really cheap, although it may be too late for you to get the cheap tickets at this point. Book them at Bahn.com. The key is that for every trip a starting or ending point needs to be in Germany.

On June 13 you can book a first class train ticket from Frankfurt to Venice for 119 Euros (second class 109). It's a 10-hour trip that gets you into Venice at around 6 p.m. The train takes you over the Austrian Alps and is said to be a nice trip. I'm taking it this summer.

You can give Venice two nights, Florence two or three nights (with a day trip to Pisa), and wind up in Rome.

Thanks so much for the response FHurdle!! I'll just be with my dad.

Will surely check the website for the train tickets. Hope you have a nice trip this summer!
