Italy trains

Can anyone suggest how I get a train schedule from Milan to SML?
Trentalia's site is not cooperating

Use www.bahn.de.

Trenitalia worked for me. Are you spelling it right? Santa Margherita Ligure - Portofino.

SFtravlr Feb 2nd, 2008 03:28 PM

Thanks. Must have been my spelling.
It shows only 3 late afternoon trains to SNL. I arrive in Milan with all my luggage at 10:00 AM. Any suggestions on what to do with that time or other ways to get to SNL more quickly?

I see trains every 30min. (looking at a random date in Feb). There are trains at 12:10 and 16:00 which need no change, and options every 30min or so with 1 change.

Thanks. I was plugging in May dates

Where's SNL?

At the trenitalia site you can only check dates for 60 days ahead--it's too early for May. Just stick in fake dates for next week, picking the same day of the week to access the correct schedule. it won't change much of at all by May.
