Not sure what you're looking for... validation?

This itinerary involves staying in 9 hotels and 21 full days of mostly traveling and some sightseeing. Not the ratio I would enjoy, but this is your trip.

Just noticed your thread title... You want "itinerary suggestions." Suggestions for what, exactly. The itinerary itself or the places you're going?

If you're staying in Lucerne you cannot possibly go to Interlaken and Mount Titlis. Interlaken is a 2 hour train journey from Lucerne and no where near Titlis. Titlis is just outside Engleberg an hour from Lucerne.

@ Jean - I was looking at suggestions on whether we should swap a city with another or may be leave a city or two for next time.

@ tipsygus - I meant Day trip to Interlaken on one day and to Titlis on another.

Not sure why you are going to Interlaken. Is this to see the Jungfrau? If not - Interlaken is not the best option - you should really head up into one of the villages actually in the mountains.

IMHO too much time on trains and not enough time sightseeing. I would bag Zurich and put the days elsewhere - Rome or Venice - since you are giving very short shrift to every place you are going.

Too much travel for me---I would drop both Zurich and Innsbruck and add time to others. Two nites really means one day of tourism---I much prefer 3 nites at any destination worth your time. The 3rd day gets productive.

Visit to Interlaken is not really to visit Jungrau( I have been there before) . Which of the other villages in the mountains do you suggest.

Also was really wanting to visit Innsbrook for the Crystal world- may be can have a stop for few hours and then move to Salzburg.

I understand that may be I have given less time to places but under the limitations of time and budget , I wanted to maximize what we are seeing.

Good word---maximize.
I totally agree---drop 2 of your destinations--less is more.

I understand the urge to maximize what you will see, but IMO, what you are maximizing is the time you will spend traveling from place to place. It seems to me that you are minimizing the time you will have to actually see things.

Less than 2 days in Istanbul? Only 2 days or so in Rome? Less than 2 days in Vienna? etc. If you are interested in culture and art, I would think you would want at least twice as much time in these destinations.
