Hi A,

For the Amalfi Coast I can recommend Limousine Service Sorrento (Renato Cuomo)
www.cuomonet.it and Francesco. http://www.francescomarrapese.com/

Enjoy your visit.

Um - the places you;re asking to go are very large tourist centers - not off the beaten track at all. And there are no cars in europe that hold more than 5 people so you're asking for a van.

Can't help with specifics - we always do road trips - but a van with guide (you're asking for a guide not a driver) won;t be cheap.

We recently toured Rome and Tuscany with day trips from Florence with Nancy Aiello tour company and the arrangements were excellent with nice benz 7 seats minivans and superb English speaking driver guides. Great value and top quality.
