Italy lovers - help me write a headline!!
Hey guys, I'm in my newspaper office and have just written a story on 25 local high school kids who took an amazing tour of Italy. They visited Rome, Florence, Venice and some small towns in the countryside, doing all the things one does on a first trip to Italy - museums, historical sites, restaurants, shops and discos. I'm trying to come up with a 3-column headline that's more interesting than “Students go to Italy” - looking for something with a little more flair. Since Fodorites are such great writers, I'm sure you can come up with a head that evokes the Italian experience. Thanks! (My deadline is about three hours from now.) Lisa |
Hi Lisa, I am not much good with titles but what about something like "HS Students Say Viva Italia After Their Trip".
|
LoveItaly, thank you! I was kind of thinking along those lines so it's nice to see that you were thinking the same way. I've only been to Italy once (sob!) so I defer to your knowledge - thanks again. Lisa |

Students Enjoy Roamin Holiday in Italy

Faina, as usual, you crack me up! Just showed all of your suggestions to the boss. He was very impressed. So far, we're leaning toward “25 Coins in the Fountain” (we actually have that picture) and “Roamin' Holiday” with a "Viva Italia!" kicker. Grazie! |
Hi G,
