I'd simplify by leaving out the part with Nice/Monte Carlo or Switzerland.
You have 21 days actually in Europe: I'd do 4 in London, 4 in Paris, 3 in Venice, 5 in Florence (with 2 days visiting Pisa -- if you must; most people here are distinctly underwhelmed by Pisa -- and some of the hill towns) and 4 in Rome. You have one extra day that you can add wherever it appeals to you most. And I'd consider flying on the discount airlines between London and Paris as well as between Paris and Venice or taking the night train between Paris and Venice. |
I agree with Eloise, skip the Nice/Monte Carlo or Switzerland leg, fly from Paris to Venice and spend the time you save in the Tuscan countryside after Florence.

Hi P,
I suggest that everything that is not Italy, London or Paris should be removed. Come back with your rearranged itinerary. ((I)) |
