As Dayle mentioned, there are no ferries from Praiano - you have to catch the bus to Positano to catch the ferries. You will catch the Da Adolfo boat at the same dock as the ferries. Your Da Adolfo day will be a wonderful respite after all of the moving around. IMO it is a little slice of heaven, but be sure to call ahead and reserve your beach loungers and lunch table.

I always stay in Positano rather than Praiano because I don't want to have to rely on a bus or taxi to get to the ferries - and there is more than just expensive shopping in Pos. :-)
