We just returned yesterday to the USA from our trip to Italy. I would like to thank all the people who responded to my questions and all the wonderful information that I've read on this website from other travelers over the past 10 months.
Although we didn't get to see many areas of this great country, what we did see was so great.
We loved the Hotel Casci in Florence, Angel Tours in Rome, LG Limoservice from Naples and so many other little things.

We did the Saturday morning Vatican tour with Angel Tours. A wonderful young woman (sorry can't remember her name) was our guide and only 10 people in our group. It was worth every penny. No waiting in line to enter the museums either. We walked right in.
