Hi Isabel, I suddenly realised I was asking "incorrect" questions. I hope you can forgive me. Your BMI looks sensible as you know, I guess you've read https://www.ncl.ac.uk/magres/researc...licinformation

bilboburgler - I don't mind the questions. And thanks for that link, there were some interesting articles. I do feel guilty that I seem to have hijacked the OPs thread. But when I saw Italy expert bvlenci talking about gelato I couldn't resist.
Thanks again to everyone who answered me.

gelato discussions are always germane when talking about Italy!

Flights are now available

Hello Again,

Flights are now available for our planned trip, so I am back for suggestions. I want to book the flights and then begin to work around them. 5/23/20 fly out of Detroit into Rome, leaving Detroit 4pm Saturday direct to Rome and arriving 11am Sunday (5/24), and then departing Naples 6am 6/6/20 (Saturday), (layover of 4 hrs) and arriving Detroit 4pm Saturday. I know this is very elementary, but I want to get this right. Does anyone see a problem with flying these times? Again, we have never been to Europe or flown across the Atlantic. as a quick background this is 6 days in Rome for us, and 6 days along the Amalfi coast. Thank you again....

The 6:00 a.m. departure from Naples is painful. You'll want to spend the last night in Naples.
