Italy during Easter?
 

What hassles will I encounter travelling in Italy during Easter?

Lots of other torists, in partucuar Italian tourists.

So I should expect to have a harder time finding accomodations etc? I will likely be in Rome the week prior to Easter and in Florence during the holiday itself.

I will be in Italy between April 4 and 19 and have had no trouble at all getting accomodations (Rome, Southern Tuscany, florence and Venice).

You may have to book a few weeks in advance. I doubt it will be too hard to find an accomodation, as long as you book in advance.
