Can I wear Jeans and T-shirt in Italy Church?

Provided your jeans come to below your knees (no shorts) and t-shirt covers your shoulders.

Not only can you: at Sunday Mass during the summer, that's exactly what a large proportion of Italian male worshippers will be wearing.

Almost certainly far more fashionable, better-fitting and more meticulously ironed jeans and T-shirts than you'll ever see on an English-speaker. But still jeans and T-shirts.

Take your hat off.
