Hi All,
Was planning on going on a contiki trip and wanted to go at a busy tourist time but not a sweltering, humid and hot time...can anyone recommend what months are best??
Thanks in advance,

Try September. There are still tourists but not nearly as many as you will encounter in July or August.
We went to Venice, Florence and Rome in September a few years ago and the weather was still warm, but comfortable.
BTW, here is a link that shows the average tempature in Rome by month.
