Italian seaside resort

Hi there
There are 14 of us travelling to italy next year.
Ideally I want to book two villas one in the country- May have that sorted but I also would like a seaside option walking distance to each restaurants ect.
Is this possible?
What seaside towns would be good
A few years ago we stayed in vieste would love tonreplicate this if possible
Any ideas would be gratefully received

Do you want the seaside option for bathing and stretching out on the sand, or just for the seafood and the view? (Vieste has both.)

How important is scenery? There are some places with great restaurants but not much scenery, and others with great scenery, but not many great restaurants.

ThinkPuglia.com has lovely villas.

Where is your countryside stay, and how are you planning for the 14 people to travel from one villa to the other? Does it matter which airport the seaside stay is near? How many days will you be renting the beach villa? When you say "resort", do you want resort amenities, or an independent villa?
