Italian - English food dictionary needed

Does anyone know of an Italian -
English food glossery similar to Patricia Wells' French - English listing ?

There are two that are generally recommended: Eating and Drinking in Italy and Marling Menu-Master for Italy.

They're set up differently, so you'll have to look at amazon.com to see which resembles the Wells one more.

If you google "italian-english food glorrary" and it will find you a few sites~actually it finds 13,400 hits, so make a choose.

Of course this should be Glossary instead of Glorrary.

I like the Eating and Drinking in Italy menu translation book a lot. It lists the foods in alphabetical order, which I find easier to use. It also lists sauces and has ordering tips plus some restaurant tips. And it is small and fits in my purse easily.

Thanks for the replies. Will get Eating and Drinking in Italy.

I highly recommend Maureen Fant's book on trattorias in the three big tourist cities...this book is in small format and has excellent glossaries of food as well as all sorts of wonderful information about eating in Italy. Not to mention the actual restaurant reviews, which although written in 2001 are still largely valid today.
