Susan, I think you'll really like Bramley House. Don't forget the Sticky Toffee pudding at Eight Bells. I'll get to Bath and all the Cotswold stuff soon. Have fun!

Thank you especially for the Wells photos (one of my favorite places in England.)
Glad your "heart attack" was a non event. Tho I would have had a heart attack when
presented with a $25 bill for a martini - (As calculated by my Dashboard converter..)

Here's a mini Cotswolds fix.

Lacock, Castle Combe, Berkeley Castle and a smidgeon of Tetbury.

Hi Tom, enjoyed re-reading your report with those great pics. So much to do and see in Britain.

Alan Row, thanks for the link. Scary, eh? I also read that the Thames Barrier on the river just below London has been used of late more than in the whole decade of the 1990s – pretty bad.

Wonderful photos Tom.

I went to Painswick Rococo garden a couple of days ago to see the famous snowdrops. Without wishing to hijack your report in any way, here are some photos - they were absolutely enchanting...

Still with you, Tom. Great pics.

Julia, thank you for sharing those snowdrops.
