The farmers are taking special pride this year in decorating their cows for the long walk home. Here are some more photos taken in Muotathal, Switzerland.

I’ve heard this as well and can imagine there is some truth to this. Some cows do wear bells 24/7 although not the large decorative ones you see in this photo.
