Help! Which the best way to go Istanbul to Santorini - 6 days - Bus, ferry or train?

Air.

Depending on when ? There are two direct flight from Istanbul to Mykonos and you can take the ferry to Santorini. Otherwise Istanbul-Athens-Santorini. As far as I know buses and trains are not ronnung between thse routes :-)))
