Istanbul Hotels - Sari Konak vs Faros
 

These hotels both sound very nice, priced approximately the same, location similar. Does anyone have any insights? I am traveling alone - 60 yr old female. Thanks!

Both hotels seem very nice

Faros hotel is in very nice location on tram line

I checked Sarı Konak Hotel on internet more today

I think it is better for you, it has wonderful ambience and nice panoramic view..

We stayed at the Faros and we loved it; right on the tram line and the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I also just looked up the Sari Konak and the one advantage it has that I can see over the Faros is the roof garden. I don't think you could go wrong with either one, but I'd be tempted to try the Sari. Have you checked Turkey Travel Planner and/or Trip Advisor?
