Going to start this trip tomorrow! Thanks everyone for giving so much input! Our trip will roughly be as follows:

1 night Split - not nearly enough to see Split, and we'll arrive in town by 4PM. So we'll mainly walk around, eat at a good restaurant, have some wines. Leaving next morning by 10am ferry...

3 nights Lastovo (Pasadur) - we'll do some hiking, maybe biking, relaxing, and going to visit a winery in Lastovo town.

3 nights Korcula town - we're gonna do a Zrnovo pasta making tour the first evening, one day we'll explore the island by bus (mainly visiting Smokvica to check the numerous wineries), the other full day we'll either use to go to Orebic to hike up the mountain or use bikes to go to Lumbarda, probably taste some more wines...

3 nights Mljet (Govedari) - we'll be in the middle of the National park, but at 20-30 minutes walking distance from Pomena and Polace. We plan to just hike, maybe rent bikes, just gonna take it easy. We plan to have dinner in Pomena or Polace each night as we don't mind the walk.

2 nights Dubrovnik - we'll have a full day + 2 half days to spend. First evening we plan to take the cable car up the hill, walk to Bosanka, have dinner there and then take the bus back. We'll walk the city walls. We may do a half day tour the second day, possibly to some islands / Lokrum or if possible a Konavle tour with food a wine tastings. Not planning to do a Montenegro tour as that takes up the whole day (12+ hours). Something on my bucket list though. The cruise ships should be arriving the day we are leaving, so we may spend that half day in Cavtat if we can find a place to drop our luggage.

This is a bit long, but are we missing anything that is a must see (time allowing)? We are not really into museums.

Grab some cookies at in Korcula (that just popped into my head for some reason).
If it's hot and you need a beach day, Pupnatska Luka on Korcula is pretty great.

Probably too late for you, but maybe others who follow this post may wish to hear about this.

I belong to a Friday hiking group - and five of our members just completed this adventure. I had planned to go, but the impending birth of a grandchild was a mitigating factor. I met with Margaret, the owner of the tour agency (she is local to where I live) and it really sounds great.

My friends absolutely loved this - their photos are amazing.
