Yes still here, along with quite a few others with lots of experience of travel in Scotland. June is a great time to visit BTW.

Great report Gordon_R. Thanks for the tip about Rothesay - my sister in law lives on Arran and we are planning a slow trip back to Manchester after spending the new year with her, and were wondering where to stay on the coast. It may make a better alternative to our original choice of Troon or Ayr.

I love Arran Beer- we get the in laws to bring a crate down whenever they visit..
