Is this a feasible Ireland Itinerary?

Hi- I am traveling to Ireland with my brother this coming Fall and while our first few days are jam packed and there isn't much to be done about it, I worry about the pacing of the trip after we are in Galway. Any thoughts, tips or pointers would be great. Thank you.

Day 1
Thursday, September 22nd Arrival:
09:50 AM Land at Dublin Intl. Airport
11:00 AM Car Rental Pick Up

12:00 PM Friend’s Flat in Dublin

1:00-5:30 PM Explore Dublin
13:00-17:30 -Guiness Brewery, St. James’ Gate, Dublin 8 €14
-Trinity College- Kells Tickets €14
-Kilmain Gaol, Inchicore Rd., Kilmainham, Dublin 8 €7
-Hop On/Hop Off Bus Tours €19 (24 hour pass)
