I am planning for a trip around Thanksgiving. I see so many low fares advertised on the internet to Europe but I picture cold grey weather, wind and rain.
Is there anywhere in Europe where the weather is at least in the mid 60s and sunny in late November?

Sicily will fit the bill as will some of the Greek islands. The extreme south of France along the Mediterranean coast, plus southern Spain, will also be within your specifications. However, November in general will have some rainy days no matter where you are, so you shouldn't expect every day to be sunny and warm. Good luck.
