Is There a FNAC store in the 7th Arrondissement of Paris?
I'll be staying in the 7th on my upcoming trip to Paris, near Ave Bosquet and Rue Cler, and want to reserve a ticket for the Impressionist Exibition at the Musee Marmottan from FNAC
online before I leave. Does anyone know where the closest store is? Thanks.

You can check the map here. http://www.fnac.com/localiser-magasin-fnac/w-4
It appears that the two closest would be
136, rue de Rennes
75006 Paris
or
Galerie du Claridge
74, avenue des Champs-Elysées
75008 Paris

There aren't hardly any major stores in the 7th arrondisement, at least most of it to the west. The FNAC on rue de Rennes is fairly close, anyway. They don't carry books any more in the one on the Champs-Elysees.
It depends why you want one, they do have some small boutiques with ticket services in some other places, like gare Montparnasse, and there is also one in the 15th on rue Linois near the Seine in some shopping complex.

You can apparently get tickets online:
http://goparis.about.com/gi/o.htm?zi...marmottan.com/
Trying the link, it doesn't go directly to the reservations page, so, from the linked page (stay on the French language site):
1. Click on "Informations Pratiques"
2. Then "Billetterie en ligne" (red box) and you'll arrive at the tickets page.
3. Click reservez and choose a day they're still allowing reservations. Looks like many days are sold out.

For anybody who doesn't know, the 3 biggest FNAC stores are the ones in Montparnasse, Les Halles and Ternes. Even if you don't need to go to pick up tickets at any of them, they are worth a visit just for the cultural experience.

Hi, everybody. I've been busy, so just now getting back. Thanks for all the replies since I left here. I've had to change the date for my trip, and will now be staying near Montparnasse , so will try the Rue de Rennes store, or Bon Marche. I'm much more familiar with that area than the Seventh.
