Fairly close--Beauvais to Prestwick is nonstop on Ryanair. 51 EUR roundtrip total with tax and fees included, midweek late January. Air France looks like $129+tax and fees CDG to EDI.

Hi Chandra, yes, we took an Air France sudsidiary smaller jet from CDG to EDI last August, and it took about an hour. They even served a very nice lunch.<BR>Judy

With Ryanair, you have to first take the train to Glasgow, change stations, and get another train to Edinburgh. This will add at least another couple of hours to your journey time, so you should balance this with any saving you make by flying with Ryanair.

I do the EDI to CDg quite often; always with AF. It's a squeeze as the planes are small but it's only an hour and 20 mins. Terminal 2F.
