Is the bullet train from Paris to London included in a eurorail pass?

WE are planning Paris to London, fly from London to Munich, train from Munich to Rome. (ff miles, could only get in to Paris first) suggestions?

If you are only taking 2 trains.

Paris - London, Munich - Rome, then you will be better off buying point to point tickets. A Eurorail pass would likely be a very expensive choice.

And the answer to your title question is no. Eurail pass is not valid for Eurostar from Paris to London.

Why care if it's included? If you're thinking of buying a Eurail pass just for those two trips obviously you don't care what anything costs. Why wouldn't you just buy point to point tickets and save a small fortune? Sorry to be so blunt, but unless there's a lot you're not telling us, then a Eurail pass makes NO sense at all.

I think that tbbeach is thinking about using a Eurorail pass for the same reason he/she appears to be planning on touring London, Paris, Munich and Rome in 10 days.

It gives full meaning to the concept of "Frequent Flyer".

Hi tb,

No, the Eurostar is not included in the railpass.

It is unlikely that you will want a railpass.

Fares for Munich/Rome are at www.bahn.de.

You can fly Munich/Rome in 1:30 hr for as little as $84 pp. See www.whichbudget.com.

Are you planning on Paris, London, Munich and Rome in the 10 days before you go on a cruise?

That's a lot of traveling in a short time.

ok, I'm crazy... do you know how many frequent flyer miles it takes to get 5 to Europr! I think we are going to cancel London. How does Paris, Munich with 1 stop in between sound?
