IS IT Worth Taking Concorde

Is it worth spending 8,ooo dollars and taking the Concorde to london when you could take bussiness or first class for thousands less. What Concorde would you recommend between BA and Air france. Thanks!

CORECTION!! Is it worth taking concord if you could fly first or buisiness class for ABOUT THE SAME FARE, a little cheaper, maybe like 200 dollars cheaper

If you have the bucks to spare - OF COURSE it's worth it. And, if that were so, you wouldn't be wondering or inquiring here, would you?

This is a legitimate question and I don't think other posters need to get snitty just because someone has some money.

Gordon: I've heard from others that the Concorde is wonderful. The one big complaint, however, that I read about in a recent issue of Conde Nast Traveler is that it's extremely noisy. Even so, it'd be a wonderful experience! Have a great time!
