Try www.rome-accom.com. I see they have some apartments available for a minimum of 3 nights. I have no personal experience with this site/group, but I kept the web address after reading a couple of very positive reviews on this forum.

I just returned from Rome (and Croatia) last week. We rented an apartment on Via Brunetti from sleepinitaly.com for four nights. There were three of us, it was a 2 bedroom/2 bath and we paid 125 euros per night. They (and other agencies) have lots of apartments available for four nights.

Your best source for information about apartment rentals in Rome is probably

www.slowtrav.com

They have reviews of agencies and of individual apartments.

Some apartments can be rented at any time for four nights; others that only rent for a week in high season may rent for a shorter period during slower periods.

I have seen instances where it made economic sense to rent for a week, even when staying only four or five days.

hi there, we (mum dad and 15 yr old son) have just returned from rome and stayed in a really nice apt. - palazzo olivia cost eur 180 per night. our apt would have accomodated 4 with two on a very comfortable sleeper sofa, however bathroom quite small. there are two bedroom apts available but i don't know the cost but you can check them out on www.palazzo-olivia.it. would certainly recommend. hope this helps
