Is it possible to do a day trip from copenhagan to Liverpool

My sister lives in liverpool and I am wondering if it is possible to take a day trip to visit her?

You could check www.skyscanner.net to see what sort of flights might be available. Expensive, I would guess.

Another thought: you could also check to see if it's easier to fly into Manchester.

Norwegian Air flies Copenhagen to Liverpool. You have to check which days of the week they fly, as it is not everyday. Might need an overnight also, as sometimes there is only one flight a day...but it looks doable at least.

Easyjet to Manchester, then train (direct from the airport) might be more frequent than direct flights to Liverpool, and usually a lot cheaper than the normally daily CPH-MAN flights on SAS

Or some combination of Easyjet to MAN and Norwegian from LPL. Both Norwegian and SAS usually turn their plane round in Britain within the hour, so a one-day trip is probably impractical
