Is it my imagination or wishful thinking that the dollar is "staying put"?
 

The Euro has been at $1.30 for a while. It's certainly not as low as I would like but if it doesn't drop further, I can live with this rate! Hopefully we won't see any more brutal drops in the next few months to come. Happy travels!

Has it actually come to the point that we are "happy" with the dollar staying where it is?????

The British Pound is at $1.87 - down from $1.94 a few weeks ago. Hope if keeps going in that direction!!

I know, Intrepid, it is sad! But as long as it doesn't get worse then its ok, I guess.
I remember when the Euro was at 1.08 while I was in Barcelona two years ago. I didn't think that the prices were all so bad. The previous year we had parity. Now that was fabulous!

I rmemeber when the pound was over $2.00.
