Is it hard to find an affordable ticket to Italy?

From Sweden summertime? I'll be in Sweden this summer and I'm thinking about going to Italy for a couple of days. But how hard is it to find an affordable ticket to fly over there in june or july? I guess my question is:how far in advance do I have to book it?

Not knowing from where in Sweden you would be flying - check out http://www.whichbudget.com/

It has many (but certainly not all) low cost routes in Europe.

Try whichbudget.com , just a quick look at sterling.dk a airline I found from that site. Looks like a flight from Stockholm to Bologna on a tues and return on tues. in June about 150 euros with taxes and all.
