Is H10 Duque de Loule conveniently located?

Greetings

The hotel looks very pretty, clean and unique. However, I was advised on this forum to look for a hotel on Avenue Liberdade. For our dates, though, I am having a hard time finding anything there. Also, the rooms (with the exception of Sofitel) are all kind of small. So, now I came across hotel H10 Duque de Loule.

Any thoughts on this hotel? The location..are there any cute stores, cafes around? I am traveling with a group of elderly ladies. Would this be a good location/hotel for someone in that group age? We are definitely going to be using a combination of chartered minibus + taxis + tuktuks for our main sightseeing program. But for free time to just wander around, is this a good spot?

Thank you!

Hi,
To walk around, you have the square of Marques de Pombal. Cafes and shops and so on, more in the downtown.
