Is elevator to top of Arc de Triomphe working now?
 

We haven't been to Paris for a few years, but it was out of commission for indefinite period when we were there. Would love to see view from top, but my husband's knees will never make those stairs!

Even if someone reports that it is working right this very instant, that does not mean it will be available when you are there. Ask and press (nicely) if denied.
