Is Cordoba worth the stop?

We have four nights and five days to split between Granada and Seville. Is it worth stopping in Cordoba?

Cordoba is a great day destination but you may be too tight on time to squeeze it in. We spent 3 days in Seville, 2 in Granada and 1 full day(and night) in Cordoba without feeling too rushed.

Would you mind sharing your highlights in each of those cities?

Yes, it's worth it to see La Mezquita. You can do it as a daytrip.

Hola

In Cordoba it's lovely to stroll through the Jewish quarter - La Juderia. The Mezquita is a must see in Spain. Entry is free before 10am.

It has been 5 years since I last visited this amazing part of the world and without my travel journal (which I can't locate at the moment!), I can only recall the highlights, and not the "lowlights"(which I consider the gems of travelling) There are some great recent postings by others detailing their trips which I will defer to.

Highlights:
Seville-Flamenco, Cathedral, Alcazar, Plaza de Toro, walking, walking
Cordoba-Mezquita, Jewish Quarter, walking
Granada-ALHAMBRA(don't forget to arrange advanced reservations before going),exploring

Happy travels.

We spent a quick but satisfying half-day in Cordoba on the way to Sevilla. Well worth it if only to see the mosque.
