Irish Times best day?

Hello, My friend and I are heading to Ireland March 26th (excited to say the least). I would like to pick up a copy or 2 of the Irish Times before I go to catch up on local events, etc. Is there a best day for the paper, like here in CT the Thursday paper has a special section to cover the week ahead.
We are doing a self drive, B&B for a week and then 3 days in Dublin.
Thank you
Erin

Just check on the Internet for the paper It will be much more up to date than any print copy you'll get.

Wednesday's Irish Times has a supplement called "The Ticket" which should have everything you need to know. It's a bit Dublin-centred though, so check out local papers as well - The Examiner for Cork, and the Limerick Leader for Limerick, for example. Dublin also has a free newssheet called The Event Guide - you'll find it in a lot of bars and restaurants. "In Dublin" is pretty good as well.

Thank you, Wednesday sounds good, the reason I want it in "hard copy" is that I don't have a power adapter for my computer... ; - } actually, thought it would make good reading on the plane and while in Ireland we may need to wrap some fish ~~~
Erin

Erin,
The weekend Irish Times ie Saturday has a supplement and a section on what is on throughout the country and Dublin. The Ticket is not always available with copies sold outside the greater Dublin area. If you are flying Aer Lingus they will have copies on board - just ask for one.

Finally check out www.ireland.com for the web edition.

Cathy
