My friend and I are going to have to travel from Eyeries to Dingle on a Saturday next year, and then from Dingle to Doolin on a Tuesday.
By looking at buses it says it would take nearly 24hours. This we just cannot do as have booked accommodation already. Could somebody please give us a few ideas or solutions as to how to get to these places taking no more than say 11hours? Even an average cost of a taxi or even walking for an hour or two and then a bus? Any solutions would be most welcome!!

The best way would be to rent a car and drive. The trip from Eyeries is about two and a half hours to Dingle and about 90 miles or so. The trip from Dingle to Doolin is about 3 hours and 145 miles.

This area of the Republic is not very well served by quick public transport and what is there takes a long time from A to B.

The alternative is a car and driver, but I'd guess that would be very expensive.

Love Beara but you will struggle for transport, http://www.eyeries.ie/bus-transport.php#bus might help. Dingle is served by bus's from Tralee and Killarney plus a shuttle service from Kerry airport http://www.gokerry.ie/dingle-shuttle-bus/ Doolin by bus from Limerick. Unfortunately rural Ireland is not well served by public transport and taxi's will be expensive as you will more than likely have to pay for both directions
