We stayed in a sweet B & B in Castleisland, Co. Kerry. It's less than a year old & the proprietress couldn't have been nicer. Her food was delish.
There was a guest lounge & the rooms were en suite. (I believe there were 4 rooms.)
I'd highly recommend this place.
It's Tailor's Lodge, Killegane, Castleisland, Co. Kerry, Ireland. 066-7142170. Her name is Breda O'Sullivan

We enjoyed Dublin and had a good meal at Fitzsimons in the Temple Bar area. They had a really good group playing and dancing that night, so we had a few pints there. The Guinness Brewery was nice, Christ Church Cathederal awesome. Killarney was pleasant the Applecroft House was a lovely b&b. Muckross House and grounds, the ring of Kerry drive and the Flesk for dinner were great. Dingle and Slea Head drive, bee hive huts, Connor pass were super. The Duinin House b&b lovely. The Dingle Pub was picture perfect and the Smoke House had good food. I would spend more time in Dingle and the Galway area when I go back. It was so beautiful to me. I would try to hear more music. The music starts late and the pubs are full of smoke, but when the group starts playing you get caught up in the fun.
