Ireland-places for tea in Dublin

I am planning a trip to Ireland in February of 2007. Does anyone have any recommendations on where to have a nice afternoon tea in Dublin?

The Westbury Hotel on Grafton Street is wonderful and had a lovely bar area and reception for tea.

Thank you wanderlust5, it looks perfect. And is walking distance from my hotel.

The Merrion does a great afternoon tea too - it's lovely to sit in front of the fireplace on a cold February afternoon!

Trying to recall--think the Shelburne might.

Westbury and Merrion are good suggestions - but the Shelbourne is closed for renovations

I'm pretty sure the Shelbourne will be re-opened by February 2007 and would be another great spot. I think the Shelbourne and the Merrion are much nicer than the Westbury for afternoon tea.
