Ireland in 4 Cities/Areas

We're planning an extended family trip to Ireland and the preference is to stay in fewer places for a longer time. We'll have 13 nights in Ireland. So far we're planning 3 nights in Dublin (start) and 3 nights in Galway (end), but where should we go in between? We'd like to stay a minimum of 3 nights wherever we go and be able to visit sights from those areas.

We are doing Belfast next trip, I would look at the Cork area. You can do some good day trips from there.

I liked Killarney. Its close to ROK and Dingle. Muckross house and Ireland national park are in Killarney. Take a jaunty car ride.

Cork is a nice city but you can day trip to Blarney, Midleton, Kinsale, Cobh.
