IRELAND BY TOUR COMPANY

Hello -
We are looking into booking a trip to Ireland (in mid-August), with a tour company.
We're looking for recommendations for tour companies. Brendan Moore Tours seems to have the largest selection.....has anyone booked with them and would you recommend them? (we're from North of Boston)- Also,clothing- from what I've been able to find out,the temperature seems to average in the low to mid 60's in August. Does that mean sunny, does it rain often and feel cooler.....
Appreciate any input....thank you!

IMO CIE is the best tour company of Ireland. The value is much better and food was great. They are run by the Ireland gov't.

Hi:
I also think CIE is terrific. Took a 15 day tour with them in 1999 and we still talk about it!

Thank you both for your replies -
Is there a website I can go to?
I have looked at Ireland tourism sites....haven't run across CIE. I will continue looking....

Hi there... Did you mean Brian Moore Tours? If so, I have used them many times for groups (40-some people) and have found them to be great to deal with. I would definitely use them again.

I will also look into cietours.com-
