Hey guys... Need some advise, a draft plan!!!

1 day - Arrive Dublin around 3 p.m
2 day - Dublin city
3 day - Rent a car and drive Cork, visit some places on the route, stay Cork at night.
4 day - Drive Galway and visit some places on the route, stay Galway.
5 day - Visit places around Galway and maybe stay 1 more night in Galway
6 day - Travel to Dublin and drop off car, flight depart at 7 p.m

Is it better rent a car or get day tours from Dublin?!

Get off the flight, catch the Galway bus.
Afternoon Cliffs of Moher trip?
Connamara or Inis Mor tour day 2 or collect a rental car (Budget have a city office) and self drive some of Connemara
Day 3 aim for Ennis/Limerick/Adare taking in a few sights either North Clare or if you did the COM afternoon tour the South Clare Loop head?
Day 4 compulsory drive around Dingle onto Killarney or Cork?
Day 5 Cahir, Cashel to Dublin
Day 6 Dublin.

You don't have 6 days. You don't e oven land til 3 PM on day 1. So a t best you will have a few jet lagged hours that evening.

Then you fly out in the early evening on day 6, so really half a day free. You honestly have 4.5 days available to see do things. You need to cut back a bit, and even tony2phone's improved plan is pretty rushed.

What I would cut and what you would cut might be different, but I'd cut something.

missed the 3pm.. no tour day 1 then.
You do not need a car for Dublin.

So, my flight from Brazil will arrive Amsterdam around 11 a.m, i didn't find any flight to Ireland after this, just Dublin... i did a research to arrive Cork or Shannon and depart from Dublin but time flights didn't help me.

My first plan was rend a car in 2 day and travel around, but i can stay Dublin and get day tours.

Your arrival and departure times suggest you live in Europe and no jet lag. You can do day tours from Dublin and you don't want a car there. Just take bus into city. Galway go bus from Dublin is nice and cheap. If renting car I would head out to Galway and save Dublin for last since that is quicker than heading to Cork first. Why Cork? You could just concentrate on west coast and day tours from Dublin. Split the trip between two locations. I do like Cork so understand wanting to see. There are good flights into Cork.

You are flying from Brazil to Amsterdam to Dublin. My guess is you may be VERY jet jagged. You will have been up for more than 24 hours by the time you get out of Dublin airport.

Trying to see so much in so few days is awfully ambitious. I'd stick to Dublin and one or two other places out west.

Geez we were typing at same time. Brazil, yes you will be a little jet lagged and tired after that trip. Head into Dublin on bus and kick back. Then decide Galway or Cork.

Ok, i will get 3 flights in same day (Brazil, AMS and Dublin) i don't care about this, just trying to use this day to flight.

About Cork, just look cause i saw some beautiful places around, but i think that i will get day tours from Dublin, didnt drive and can relax.

That sounds so much better. I booked four nights in Dublin for May this trip. A lot I want to see in Dublin but have a day trip planned. This is an example:http://www.daytoursunplugged.ie/
You can take the train along the coast to Dalkey, walk to Bullock Harbor and see seals and eat some good seafood. We like Greystones and Bray but north is Howth and it is beautiful. All of these are short train rides.
I have yet to see the National Museum or the Chester Beatty library so that is on my list but Dublin is just a great place. It is a quick trip though to Galway http://www.gobus.ie/ check out their schedule.

I did not but my friends took the go bus to Galway one morning and did. It gets you to the bus station and you can do the Connemara tour or the Cliffs tour or take a tour to Inishmor. It was a long day but they loved it.

The go bus goes to Cork also.
Ring of Kerry would take a lot of time for travel on a day trip. When you get to the Galway bus station all the tour operators are there and they leave around nine. We did http://www.fahertytours.com/ I think the cliffs are more beautiful in Inishmore than at the cliffs of Moher. It was 40 euro but include the ferry, the rt to the ferry and a van that gave us a tour of the island. pre book and take the early go bus to the station in Galway.

I have not had my first cup of coffee yet. To be clearer, we had rented a place in Dublin as a base and they decided to do the day trip as one had not seen the Aran Islands. I have been twice but was staying in Galway. It is doable. I know there are tours of the cliffs from Dublin and Newgrange is very interesting.

Have you personally taken the Giants Causeway tour? I was wondering if you felt rushed or if you felt like you had time to actually see the sites? We were going to rent a car in Dublin and then drive to the causeway but this looks interesting. I would love to hear from anyone who has used this serve.

We were going to rent a car but we are going to be there the week of the Northwest 200 and many roads will be closed so the bus tour sounds best and we both can relax and enjoy the ride. I have not enough time to take a leisurely trip like Juliano, I have my days packed.

floridapugmom: I generally don't 'do' tours, but when I am over I usually have more time than the average poster. I also actually enjoy driving -- both here AND in Ireland.

It's a VERY long day: Gather at 7 AM at Connolly Station and return there at 22:30 (10:30 PM !)
For me, the time investment and price for two would justify at least one over-night in the area, which would add the opportunity to visit a few additional sites - but everyone's comfort level, allowable time and interests don't always match mine! :-)

Is it possible or ?!!? After this i will stay same time in Scotland but there i will rent a car and travel 3 days around.
