Hello again Ira,
I was speaking with P_M a short while ago (she's still in the hospital), and she was asking what's happening over at Fodor's. I told her you were leaving tomorrow for a month's trip overseas.
She wanted me to relay a very cheerful bon voyage to you and your lady wife. She's so glad you're feeling well enough to travel again.

Enjoy yourself Ira - as we all know you will! )
Drop a note if you prefer Mantua, Bergamo or Bologna - that's where I'm torn for 3 nights late this month. Flying to Milan, but want small, walled, non-overdone city, will have 2 fist time EU trippers with me. Plans are: Frankfurt, then ___, and lastly 3 days in Venice from the 20th-30th of Sept. (couldn't do any more than 10 days boo!)
I'll have your safe travels in mind and will await your witty-detail filled musings! - Kristy
PS -and I'll finally post that old Il Ritruvo receipt & memories!
