Internet Cafe in Trastevere?
All these FANTABULOUS Trastevere trip reports recently, and I don't recall any recommendations for internet cafes. Anyone care to suggest one with particularly good rates, service, ambiance, etc... Thanks!

A sneak preview from my long promised Trastevere notes for you.....
Easy Internet Cafe - Piazza in Piscinula 15 Rome Across Via della Trastevere – 25 computers – easy payment system – insert a one Euro coin in the machine by the door and you receive a slip of paper with a code on it – good for one hour….go to one of the computers and log on using the code (you also create a password – which you can use another time if you don’t use all your time)….the above screens for the code and password are in Italian but the staff is very helpful if you have a problem Hashem - Via Della Scala 57 (I might have that number a bit wrong – but in that area) You’ll walk by this place if you’re looking for an internet café (I did – 4 times) – it’s a Middle Eastern jewelry/collectibles type store at the front but with 6 or 7 computers in the back and very helpful staff. Bibli Via dei Fienaroli 28 is also a bookstore and cultural association, they serve brunch every day, courses offered in Internet. Concerts on Saturday nights. Just have to add a few more restaurants and then I'll send it off to you......hang in there!!! |
One euro for an hour is excellent! Generally it's more (though not a lot more)

LOL Liz, I'll try to be patient :)
