INTERNET AVAILABILITY IN GERMANY AND NETHERLANDS
 

Is there Internet access available from Germany and the Netherlands via Post Office, library, or other businesses so that I could alternate E-mail with phone calls back to the States during my upcoming two-week trip? If so, is there usually a charge for this? Thanks in advance for any input you can give me on this!
