Whoops... sorry about the double post. I thought I had stopped it in time to catch the typo (FOUNR)...
maureen - all the same places as for your threads re London and Glasgow (easyeveryhthing and the others are in all 3 cities)

I've been in the easy everything place and I suspect that's 45 rather than 450.

I know of at least one more in Morrison Street

Along with EasyEverything on Rose Street, I did notice a small place on the Royal Mile when I was there in September. I don't think it's a chain like Easyeverything, but they seemed to have around 10 terminals.

Sheila,

I was in the easyeverything place about 3 weeks ago, and I think it's probably the 450 now! I think it's opened in stages, and the upstairs itself is pretty huge!!

Jenny

I was in the easyeverything 3+ years ago and it was HUGE then. The main floor is small - but in total it is much larger than the one at Victoria Station in London.

The upstairs at the Rose Street easyeverything.com had hundreds of computers. I never had any trouble finding an available unit.

I'm sitting in Web 13 in Morrison Street, which has 11 stations. Right now (4pm Friday afternoon) 3, inlcuding this one, are in use.

Easyeverything is THE place...you get more or less time on-line depending on what time of day you are there. In a pinch, I have used the internet machines at Costa Coffee at the top of Shandwick Place as well but they charge one pound for twenty minutes which is a rip-off.

Sheila Mar 24th, 2002 02:48 AM

I am neither promoting one nor the other. And, incidentally, Web 13 is in Bread Street, not Morrison Street (the one is a continuation of the other). Sorry for misunderstanding.
