I NEED A HOTEL FOR INTERLAKEN TOMORROW:::NEED TO KNOW IN THE NEXT 20 minutes.<BR>thanks

Jill: Do you know how to search these boards? Put in Interlaken in the little window that says "text search" and switzerland in the subject box and hit find. You will be able to find hotel recommendations for Interlaken in the next 20 minutes to you do a little work.

Jill: Try www.swisshotels.ch Search on Interlaken and you can see hotels with ratings and prices.

They have a tourist stop in downtown that has all the hotlels listed within price category. Just show up, tell em what you can afford and they do the rest. Easy and near the casino.

Probably too late, but Hotel Lotschberg. Within walking distance to train station, near grocery store.

Never have stayed at the Lotschberg, but I've heard some good things about it. It is near the Interlaken west train station.<BR><BR>I have stayed at the Chalet Oberland Hotel though. CO is a a Best Western Hotel also near to the West train station.<BR><BR>Nice, friendly restaurant and a nice cozy little bar as well.<BR><BR>I used the Chalet Oberland on some of my past Swiss trips amd found it to be a fine hotel!

Nice restaurant and bar. On certain nights they have a couple that performs genuine Swiss folklore music.
